RED’s Seniors Housing Group was formed in 1990, is the nation’s 4th most active FHA lender for health care, and has had the distinction of being the Top Fannie Mae DUS® Seniors Housing lender for an unprecedented three consecutive years in 2003, 2004, 2005. In the past ten years, we’ve provided more than $3.175 billion in capital to the full spectrum of seniors housing and long term care facilities.
