| The Red Capital Advisors, LLC Group originally established a $100 million fund in 1994 to provide capital to multifamily, seniors housing and long term care projects on a basis generally not obtainable in conventional financial markets and to take advantage of unusual investment opportunities. Subsequent funds have been formed and over $300 million of capital has been invested to date. Investments are made primarily in the form of mezzanine capital, for qualifying existing properties, including acquisition, repositioning and rehabilitation opportunities, and for select new-build projects. The current fund, Red Real Estate Fund II, is capitalized at $125 million. |
