| Since 1990, the Housing Bond Group of Red Capital Markets, Inc. (MEMBER FINRA/SIPC) has arranged in excess of $6.4 billion in tax-exempt financing for multifamily and seniors housing properties. The Group has worked with borrowers and issuers nationwide to develop innovative structures for FHA insured market rate and Section 8 assisted housing projects, Section 8 mod-rehab projects, properties with bonds requiring credit enhancement replacement, 4% LIHTC transactions, residual asset purchases and bond defeasance transactions.
