Red Mortgage Capital, LLC participates in groundbreaking ceremony for 300-unit apartment community in Gaithersburg, MD
The groundbreaking ceremony for Residences at Hidden Creek was held on June 14, 2011 in Gaithersburg, MD. The 300-unit apartment community is located near the historic downtown and also will include 4,000 sq. ft. of light retail space. Pictured in the groundbreaking photo are HUD VIP’s and representatives, Lee McNeer of Red Mortgage Capital, LLC and Todd Jacobus of Woodfield Investments, LLC. The event was hosted by Woodfield Investments, LLC and Clark Realty. RED provided $48,869,600 in FHA Section 221(d)(4) non-recourse construction and permanent financing arranged through the Baltimore HUD office for the Class A multifamily property.
