RED Expands National Presence with New Denver Office

Columbus, Ohio, September 10, 2008 — RED CAPITAL GROUP opened its 16th office and announced that Mark C. Williams joined Red Mortgage Capital, Inc. as a Director.
Mr. Williams will help RED expand its reach in the Denver and Rocky Mountain commercial real estate markets by focusing on the origination of financing opportunities for multifamily, seniors and healthcare mortgage loans, with an emphasis on Agency financing, including Fannie Mae and FHA, as well as other commercial mortgage loan opportunities, and he will help source construction loan and tax credit equity opportunities.
Mr. Williams has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and has completed more than $1 billion in debt and equity transactions in his career utilizing a variety of execution types including fixed and floating rate structures for permanent, construction and mezzanine loans. Prior to joining RED, Mr. Williams was a Vice President with Capmark Finance Inc. and he also previously held the positions of Director at LJ Melody & Company and President of Medallion Brokerage. Mr. Williams received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Whittier College and holds a Colorado Real Estate Brokers License.
