Healthcare Specialist and Mortgage Banking Executive Scott L. Moore Joins RED CAPITAL GROUP

Columbus, Ohio, July 10, 2008 — Scott L. Moore joined RED CAPITAL GROUP as a Managing Director of Red Mortgage Capital, Inc., one of the nation’s leading FHA and Fannie DUS® commercial mortgage lenders. Mr. Moore’s primary responsibility at RED is to help manage, create focus and lead FHA-insured origination efforts, with a particular focus on transactions for independent living, assisted living and nursing home owners and operators, including not-for-profits, and on transactions for rural and community hospitals, including Critical Access Hospitals.
Prior to joining RED, Mr. Moore spent two years at Ziegler Financing Corporation, where he served as President and expanded the FHA platform for them. Prior to that, Mr. Moore was President of Lancaster Pollard Mortgage Company, where he managed a highly successful FHA business.
Mr. Moore’s brings over 20 years experience with over $1 billion of transactional volume. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance with emphasis on real estate. He currently serves on the Commercial Board of Governors of the Mortgage Bankers Association, is a past Chair of the Multifamily Steering Committee and is active in a variety of working groups within that organization. He also is a member of the Executive Committee for the Committee on Healthcare Financing. Mr. Moore is a frequent speaker for national and state-level senior living, healthcare and mortgage banking industry organizations. He will be based in RED’s Columbus office.
