A Washington landmark, Dorchester House Apartments, constructed in 1941, is a 9-story mid-rise building containing 395 efficiency, one- and two-bedroom units. Throughout the years, Dorchester House has had many prominent residents, most notably, John F. Kennedy, who occupied room No. 502 from October 1941 to January 1942.
