Columbus, OH, September 21, 2007 – Red Mortgage Capital, Inc., the mortgage banking arm of comprehensive capital provider RED CAPITAL GROUP, is pleased to announce the opening of its new office in Syracuse, New York, and the hiring of an experienced multifamily professional.
John F. Cook will build a significant presence in upstate New York, Philadelphia and New Jersey. John will enhance RED’s existing relationships and open doors to new relationships with both national and regional borrowers for multifamily and other types of commercial property finance opportunities.
John brings to RED over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry. He was previously employed as Managing Director of Commercial Lending and Conventional Lending Services with Quaker Capital, LP where he established a presence for the firm in upstate New York. John’s previous work experience also includes officer positions with Richmond County Savings Bank, New York Community Bank, Home Federal Savings Bank and Fleet Bank.
