John R. Poling has been named President & COO of Red Capital Advisors, LLC ("RCA"), the proprietary investment and merchant banking arm of RED CAPITAL GROUP. RCA provides capital to multifamily, seniors housing, long term care projects and other commercial real estate on a basis generally not obtainable in conventional financial markets and also provides asset management services for third party equity investments as well as RED’s own proprietary holdings. Mr. Poling joined RED’s predecessor entity in 1999 and has served on numerous real estate focused Credit and Investment Committees. With his leadership and deep experience, he has expertly served the lending, credit, and transaction structuring areas of RCA while also lending his risk assessment and structuring expertise to other endeavors at RED, as well. Mr. Poling previously served RED as Managing Director.
Linda L. Mackov has been named Senior Managing Director of RED CAPITAL GROUP. Ms. Mackov joined RED’s predecessor entity in 1991, making her one of the firm’s longest tenured partners. Her leadership and significant contributions to RED are evident in the Marketing team she has built, the work product, and the relationships she has created and fostered. Ms. Mackov previously served RED as Managing Director and will continue to lead the Business Development Department as Senior Managing Director.
Netsa Williams has been named Senior Managing Director of Red Mortgage Capital, Inc., the mortgage banking and loan servicing unit of RED CAPITAL GROUP. Ms. Williams joined RED’s predecessor entity in 1999, and since then has assembled a talented team of loan servicing professionals to operate RED’s rapidly growing portfolio while enhancing the efficiency of the operation. In addition to her direct management and leadership contributions, she provides valuable insights and advice on various initiatives at RED. Ms. Williams previously served as Managing Director and will continue to lead the Loan Servicing and Asset Management operations as Senior Managing Director. |
