RED CAPITAL Expands National Presence with Opening of Florida Office

Columbus, OH, May 23, 2006 – RED CAPITAL GROUP announced the opening of a new office in Jupiter, Florida and the addition of commercial real estate banker Michael A. Tozzi to Red Mortgage Capital, Inc.
Mr. Tozzi joined Red Mortgage Capital, Inc. as Vice President of Multifamily Loan Originations. Working from the Jupiter office, he will work to expand Red’s presence in the Southeast by originating Fannie Mae, CMBS/Conduit and FHA mortgage debt financing opportunities, as well as identifying construction loan and tax credit equity opportunities.
Mr. Tozzi has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, 16 of which are in multifamily activities, ranging from origination, asset management, disposition and workout activities. Prior to joining Red, he held a similar position with MMA Financial. Mr. Tozzi holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. Peter’s College.
