Scott L. Moore joined Red Mortgage Capital, LLC in June 2008. Mr. Moore’s primary responsibility at RED is to help manage, create focus and lead FHA-insured origination efforts, with a particular focus on transactions for independent living, assisted living and nursing home owners and operators, including not-for-profits, and on transactions for rural and community hospitals, including Critical Access Hospitals. Prior to joining RED, Mr. Moore was with Ziegler Financing Corporation, where he served as President and expanded the FHA platform for them. Prior to that, he was President of Lancaster Pollard Mortgage Company, where he managed a highly successful FHA business. Mr. Moore graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance with emphasis on real estate. He currently serves on the Commercial Board of Governors of the Mortgage Bankers Association.
