Mr. Fivecoat joined Red Mortgage Capital, LLC in 2007 as an originator in the Hospital Finance Group. In this role, Jeff is responsible for working with senior managers and hospital boards to prioritize and select financing structures to fund hospital renovation and facility replacement projects. During his time at RED, Mr. Fivecoat has been associated with the closing of more than $100 million in community hospital financings. Prior to joining RED, Jeff served as a Director of Finance for OhioHealth and as a financial planning consultant for Banner Health. Collectively, Mr. Fivecoat has more than 10 years of experience in planning, structuring, and closing acute-care hospital facility projects. Jeff holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from The Ohio State University in Accounting \ Marketing, a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University in Economics, and his FINRA Series 7 license.
