Ms. Elder joined the FHA Healthcare group on October 1, 2009 as an Analyst. Ms. Elder’s primary responsibilities as an Analyst include processing, underwriting, documentation and closing transactions. Prior to joining the FHA Healthcare group, Ms. Elder completed her rotations in the Apprentice Program where she spent time working in the Loan Servicing & Asset Management, FHA, Small and Rural Hospital Finance, Tax Credits and Fannie Mae business units. Her duties include financial analysis and support assisting loan originators and underwriters on mortgage loan opportunities for various income producing commercial real estate property types. Ms. Elder also has previous experience working with RED as an intern with the Seniors Housing and Credit Administration departments. Ms. Elder is a graduate from The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business where she obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in Real Estate and Urban Analysis.
