Ms. Elder joined RED CAPITAL GROUP in January 2007. In her current role as an Analyst, Ms. Elder’s primary responsibilities include processing, underwriting, documentation and closing transactions for the Seniors Housing group. Prior to that, Ms. Elder spent a year in the Fannie Mae Originations group as an Analyst. Before her Analyst responsibilities, Ms. Elder participated in RED’s Apprentice Program where she spent time working in the Loan Servicing & Asset Management, FHA, Small and Rural Hospital Finance, Tax Credits and Fannie Mae business units. Her duties included financial analysis and support assisting loan originators and underwriters on mortgage loan opportunities for various income producing commercial real estate property types. Ms. Elder is a graduate from The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business where she obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in Real Estate and Urban Analysis.
