Mr. Mauger specializes in originating, structuring, underwriting and closing first mortgage, bridge and mezzanine investments in the Seniors Housing & Health Care Group and is a member of Red Capital Advisor’s investment committee. He first joined the Housing & Health Care Group of Red’s predecessor entity in April 1998, where he was involved in structuring mezzanine investments for the firm’s mezzanine investment fund. Previously, Mr. Mauger was employed by Bank One, N.A., where he originated, structured and administered portfolios of commercial loans, including middle-market, large corporate, structured finance and asset-based lending credits. Mr. Mauger graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ohio University with degrees in Finance and Economics, and received his MBA in Finance from The Ohio State University.
