Mr. Henson is a Senior Managing Director, Co-General Counsel and Secretary of RED CAPITAL GROUP, LLC and serves on RED’s Operating Committee and Board of Managers, as well as the Board of Managers of RED’s parent, RCG Holding, LLC. He has been a Principal of Stonehenge Financial Holdings, Inc., a firm engaged in merchant banking and asset management since 1999 and prior to joining Stonehenge, was Vice Chairman and General Counsel of Banc One Capital Holdings Corporation, the parent of RED’s predecessor entity. Through its subsidiaries, Banc One Capital Holdings Corporation engaged in investment and merchant banking, securities and insurance brokerage, investment management and trust services, and commercial mortgage lending and servicing. Prior to that, Mr. Henson had joined Meuse, Rinker, Chapman, Endres & Brooks, a regional investment banking firm that was the corporate predecessor to Banc One Capital Holdings Corporation in 1983. From 1983 to 1990, Mr. Henson served as corporate counsel and worked in the finance area, with an emphasis on complex structured financings and bond refundings. Mr. Henson received his bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University in 1975 and graduated from The University of Dayton School of Law in 1979.
