Mr. Blank is a member of RED CAPITAL GROUP, LLC’s Executive Committee. He originally joined Meuse, Rinker, Chapman, Endres & Brooks, predecessor to Banc One Capital Markets, Inc., and RED CAPITAL GROUP, LLC, in 1985. During most of his tenure with Meuse Rinker, Banc One, and now Red Capital Markets, LLC, where he directs the distribution of all tax-exempt bonds and all taxable and tax-exempt short-term debt instruments. His duties with Red Capital Markets involve pricing and management of the bond underwriting and sales processes, as well as management of the $1.6 billion short-term taxable, tax-exempt and synthetic adjustable portfolios. Mr. Blank has 26 years of capital markets experience. He is a Cum Laude graduate of the Ohio University’s College of Business. Mr. Blank holds Series 7, 24, 53 and 63 FINRA licenses.
