The Freddie Mac Seniors Housing Mortgage program offers multiple financing options with flexible terms specifically designed for the purchase or refinance of seniors housing properties.

The addition of the Freddie Mac license rounds out RED’s agency platform and extends our capabilities allowing even more alternatives to provide financing solutions for assisted living properties, independent living properties and properties with a limited amount of skilled nursing or dementia/Alzheimer’s care. As an approved Seller/Servicer for Seniors Housing, RED will originate, underwrite and service senior housing loans nationwide.
