LIHTC Equity
The Low Income Housing Tax Credit ("LIHTC") Group of Red Capital Markets, Inc. (MEMBER FINRA/SIPC) has raised over $1 billion in equity from corporate investors for the purchase of interests in multifamily properties eligible for low income housing tax credits. The Group structures and markets multi-investor, single-investor and guaranteed tax credit funds, underwrites and acquires qualified projects and provides ongoing asset management and investor reporting.
