Mr. Russi joined RED CAPITAL GROUP in January 2003. Prior to joining the firm, he served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of a national transportation company, and prior to that, Mr. Russi was engaged as a lawyer with the Columbus, Ohio firm of Emens, Kegler, Brown, Hill & Ritter with a practice emphasizing on mergers and acquisitions, taxation and real estate investment matters. Mr. Russi received a B.S. from Bowling Green State University and a J.D. from The Ohio State University.
