| Mr. Poling is primarily engaged in structuring balance sheet loans secured by housing and health care projects for several Red entities, including mezzanine investments in Red Fund I. Prior to joining Banc One’s Housing and Healthcare Group in June 1999, he participated on their investment committees for five years. Mr. Poling has 30 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, the last eight years outside Red at Bank One, NA. While at Bank One, he was active in the origination and structuring of construction and term loan financing for all types of market rate projects as well as affordable housing projects, and he spent two years as Senior Credit Administrator. Prior to Bank One, Mr. Poling managed the commercial real estate division of Buckeye Federal Savings and Loan Association of Columbus, Ohio, whose portfolio was comprised of construction, term, FHA and Freddie Mac debt, as well as equity investments in commercial and multifamily real estate.
