| Mr. Line joined RED CAPITAL GROUP in 2004 as Vice President and Treasurer, and in 2005, Mr. Line became Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer for all entities of RED CAPITAL GROUP. Mr. Line is responsible for managing all financial and fiscal operations of the Accounting & Finance Groups as well as all of RED’s operations. Prior to joining RED, Mr. Line was the president of Focused Financial Consulting, Inc., a financial services consulting firm that provided CFO/Treasurer functions for a variety of small to mid sized businesses. Mr. Line was previously employed as Chief Operating Officer for Meeder Financial in Dublin, Ohio, President of Mutual Funds Service Company, a subsidiary of Meeder Financial, and Vice President and Treasurer for BISYS Fund Services. He began his career in public accounting, spending eight years with KPMG, where he was a Senior Manager in the Financial Services Audit Group. Mr. Line obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
