| Mr. Croft was named Chief Executive Officer of Red Capital Markets, Inc. and Vice Chairman of RED CAPITAL GROUP in 2008. He is a member of RED CAPITAL GROUP’s Executive Committee and previously served as Co-President and Chief Operating Officer of RED’s mortgage banking group, Red Mortgage Capital, Inc. and President & COO of Red Capital Markets, Inc. Mr. Croft is in charge of the firm’s day-to-day broker dealer activities and will continue to work with Mark Beisler in managing RED’s FHA activities. He joined RED CAPITAL GROUP’S predecessor entity in April 1991, is regarded as a national expert in the tax-exempt financing of multifamily housing and health care (including seniors, assisted living and nursing) projects, and has senior managed over $2.0 billion of fixed and variable rate housing and health care bond issues. His broad range of transaction experience covers new money issues, current refundings, advance refundings, residual value extraction transactions, complex loan workout restructurings and default refundings, and Section 8 assisted projects. He has deep experience with multifamily and seniors mortgage debt, with particular expertise regarding FHA insured mortgage loans, GNMA mortgage-backed securities, and Fannie Mae MBS/DUS loans. He served on the Board of Directors for the National Leased Housing Association based in Washington, D.C. and on the Board of Directors of the Ohio Housing Council and served as its president in 2003-2004. Mr. Croft graduated from The Ohio State University and is a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant. |
