Mr. Beisler was named Chief Executive Officer of Red Mortgage Capital, Inc. in 2008. He is a member of RED CAPITAL GROUP's Executive Committee and also previously served as Co-President and COO of Red Mortgage Capital, Inc. He is responsible for the origination, underwriting and closing of mortgage loans and the ongoing servicing and asset management of such loans for RED. He has over 20 years of experience and is an expert in underwriting multifamily housing and health care finance facilities and understanding the issues that are specific to this industry. Mr. Beisler started with RED's predecessor mortgage company in 1990 and was instrumental in building RED's mortgage banking platform and business. He underwrote and closed the firm’s first FHA insured mortgage loan in 1990, the firm’s first balance sheet loan in 1994, and the firm’s first Fannie Mae DUS loan in 1995. He has participated in the origination of over $10 billion in Fannie Mae loans including large structured transactions for many of the nation’s public real estate companies and pension funds. In 2007 he led the firm in committing and rate locking the firm’s first transaction greater than $1 billion. On the FHA side, Mr. Beisler has overseen the processing and funding of over $2 billion of FHA insured loans under all of HUD’s various programs. He also works hands-on with the asset management team that addresses problem loans, and through his direction RED has never sustained a loss on a loan. Mr. Beisler serves on the Board of Directors of the National Multi Housing Council in Washington, DC and as Treasurer of the Waterford Foundation, a non-profit organization charged with preserving the historic buildings and the open spaces of the National Historic Landmark District of Waterford, Virginia. Prior to joining RED’s predecessor in 1990, Mr. Beisler was an investment banker for a midwestern firm and served as a consulting engineer on large transportation projects in New York City. Mr. Beisler holds an engineering degree from Princeton University and an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California at Los Angeles.
